THE FEMINOLOGY METHOD

Over the last 6 years I’ve perfected a process for my one-on-one clients that get to the heart of your acne so that you can heal your skin for the long-haul. It's called The Feminology Method. This process takes you from confused about your acne to having confidence in the approach we are going to take to heal it.

Root Cause Assessment

We rigorously identify the root causes of your acne using the 360 Acne Assessment Form and the functional lab testing you'll complete (e.g. Bloods, GI-Map stool test, HTMA). We'll assess the markers for imbalances & acne triggers in combination with your symptoms, health history, diet/lifestyle factors.

Your Custom Skin Healing Plan

After we've learned everything we need to know, we build your custom skin healing plan. The advice is unique to you and includes custom herbal medicines, supplements, nutritional adjustments, lifestyle advice and topicals. We also keep your lifestyle in mind to ensure our recommendations are achievable.

Follow-up & Adapt

We’ll continue to have follow-up consults, to work through healing phases, adapt and adjust your plan to keep you on track to achieve your skin transformation, which usually takes about 4-8 months on average (but it can be much quicker around 2-3 months!).

Consultation breakdown

Initial Month

  • Initial one-on-one consultation which includes a review of your 360 acne assessment form and 3-day food intake diary. We'll order your functional lab tests (e.g. Bloods, GI-Map, HTMA) to identify your acne root cause(s). Receive your initial skin healing plan.
  • Follow-up one-on-one consultation to review your functional lab test results in detail, and receive your full skin healing plan incl. custom herbal medicine prescription, dietary advice, supplement protocol, topicals and lifestyle recommendations. We always work through skin healing plans in phases.

Following months

  • Two follow-up one-on-one calls per month to discuss the evolution to the next phase of your skin healing plan. These sessions are also an opportunity to assess progress, work through challenges and make adjustments.

Final month

  • Goodbye strategy call to discuss your long-term clear skin maintenance plan.

How much does it cost per month?

The investment to work with Charlotte can be discussed during your FREE Discovery Call. We will first discuss your skin issues, the obstacles that have been keeping you stuck and if you'd be a good fit for one-on-one coaching. If so, we'll discuss the different payment options best suited for you. Payment plans are available.  

Are functional lab tests included?

Yes, there is a HTMA test included in the program. You also have access to a wide range of functional tests. We can build them into your program price or you can pay for them as you go. There are a range of tests we often run in our clinic such as; Fully comp bloods, DUTCH, GI Map, Organic acids, Hair Mineral Analysis (HTMA), SIBO breath test, Iodine urine test and more.

How long will it take to see results?

Typically with acne depending on the severity it can take between 4-8 months to achieve a clear skin transformation. For this very reason our clients usually stay within our ultimate skin program for between 4-8 months on average. However, clients have achieved clear skin transformation in 2-3 months as well. It all depends on the complexity of your root cause(s), and your consistency and commitment to your plan.

How do I know it's for me?

Are herbal medicines included?

Yes. Custom herbal medicine prescriptions are formulated at the Feminology Dispensary to treat your acne root cause(s). They are formulated with the highest quality herbal medicines that use biodynamic methods to ensure the highest potency and efficacy. Your herbal tinctures are prepared for you and shipped to your door monthly.

Can I join if I don't live in the UK?

Our Ultimate Skin 1:1 Program is currently only available only for UK clients, and clients in certain EU countries where the lab testing is supported. We hope to expand to other countries soon. If you are in the EU please tell us which country in your application form.
