From there, we carry out a full health assessment so we can see the bigger picture of what’s really going on. With this understanding, we’ll make naturopathic recommendations that may include personalised nutrition guidance, targeted supplements, herbal medicine, and recommendations for the approach, program or package that best fits your needs. In some cases, we may suggest functional tests to give us deeper insight into your symptoms.
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach here. Your body and your story are unique, which is why every recommendation is designed specifically for you.

We rigorously identify the root causes of your condition & symptoms with a thorough health assessment. Looking at health history, family history, life events, diet & lifestyle. We will also discuss any necessary functional tests to learn more about your symptoms. If so, you can purchase a functional testing package.
After we've learned everything we need to know, you'll receive naturopathic advice unique to you which includes custom herbal medicines, supplements, nutritional adjustments & lifestyle advice. We keep your lifestyle in mind to ensure our recommendations are achievable & sustainable.
You can schedule follow-up consults for continued support to achieve your health goals. In these consultations, we will work through next steps, provide additional support, adjust advice & recommendations as you heal & symptoms shift to keep you on track to achieve your health goals.
We offer infinite functional testing packages, custom made, bespoke to your needs.
If you are a more complex case, we will assign you a functional testing package following your initial consultation.
This will include your functional test(s) to complete, your naturopathic plan, plus your consultation where we'll review the results & support you in implementing your plan.
